Recently shortlisted for the Best Northern Irish Festival Award – Sunflowerfest 2012 will be bigger and better than ever!
Mind, body and soul will be nurtured through a combination of superb live music, great food & drink, complementary therapies, poetry and storytelling, an enchanted glade and a dedicated Kidz Zone in the theme of CS Lewis.
With demand from over 3,000 festival goers in 2011 – Sunflowerfest 2012 aims to attract even more people, both young and old, to the lush Co.Down countryside.
This being a SO:NI topic for the Fest, it concentrates mainly on the live music line-up on the 4 main stages, but there is so much more going on than music at this family-friendly event - check out the official website www.sunflowerfest.co.uk for all details. We'd also like to mention the addition of The Electric Disco Shed - a new area for electronica, folktronica and night time DJ Sets!
