Well when i come up with a band name i used www.namechk.com and also a google search (Mr Ferris taught me those tricks)
I always find the best way is to go out and chat to people, talk to people on buses, read newspapers you find and you'll get one eventually. My last band name was 'Exposing Brogan' which came from talking to a guy i know called Jak Brogan who said he was going to be a magician, i pointed out that i knew how he did his tricks and would expose him. That name is still a favourite of mine tbh
